Startland currently serves entrepreneurs, students and educators and works with them to build and inspire cultures of innovation in schools and communities at large — equipping starters with and exposing them to the value of an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ideas Start Here
-
We tell the story of Kansas City’s innovation community of entrepreneurs, startups, creatives, makers and risk-takers through our solutions-based newsroom — Startland News.
-
We work with starters to develop real-world, problem solving skills, and with educators to facilitate this type of learning every day in the classroom through Startland Education.
-
We host a variety of events intended to create a better-connected, more-informed entrepreneurial and innovation community in Kansas City.
Communities are built by starters. We equip, connect, and inspire them to do big things.
Entrepreneurship is economic development, and when it’s accessible to all communities, it can help close the entrepreneurial opportunity gap in our region, and beyond.
